FREMONT, CA-San Diego-based Westcore Properties has paid $45.6 million for Kato Industrial Park, a four-building complex in Fremont. The company purchased the industrial park from New York Life Investments and it has plans to improve and upgrade the property.

Last month, Westcore bought Salt Lake Business Center situated in City of Industry for $9.5 million. The Kato property is 62% leased to various tenants including Stats ChipPAC Inc., JC Paper Co. and San Francisco Herb & Natural Food Co. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
