GLASGOW, UK-A.G. Barr has acquired the freehold interest of Westfield House, a 15,000-square-foot building in Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire. The soft drinks manufacturer bought the facility, situated at 2 Westfield Place, for GBP 650,000 from Jones Lang LaSalle's private client.
The building comprises 6,342 square feet of offices and 8,487 square feet of warehouse space. The site also has planning permission for an additional 10,000 square feet of warehouse space. A.G. Barr was advised in the deal by Gerald Eve. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
