AUSTIN, TX-Ardent Residential has recently started construction on an apartment project in North Austin. The Austin American-Statesman reported that the Austin developer is building 179 apartments on Burnet Flats at 5453 Burnet Rd. and that the first apartments will be ready for occupancy late next year.
The apartment complex will also include a commercial space measuring 3,000 square feet. The apartment project is expected to be completed in Q2 2014. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
