NEW YORK CITY-SL Green has employed Tara Stacom of Cushman & Wakefield to manage leasing at 180 Maiden Lane. Stacom is also heading the leasing assignment for the adjacent One World Trade Center.
The approximately 850,000 square feet of space at the Maiden Lane building could be available for lease in the middle of 2014. Steve Durels of SL Green said that the asking rents in the building are between the $40s and $50s per square foot. For the full story, go to New York Post .
