NASHVILLE-An apartment community situated on the east side of the Nashville International Airport (BNA) has changed hands. Realty Associates Iowa Corp. has sold The Hamptons at Woodland Pointe for $27.65 million.
Davidson County property records revealed that the buyer was Canada-based VR Hamptons Holdings LP. The 19-acre property is located at 1501 Woodland Pointe Drive and it was sold earlier in 2004 for $20.7 million. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
