CHICAGO-The office space of the John Hancock Center, a 100-story skyscraper at 875 N. Michigan Ave., has reached sales block. Deutsche Bank and New York-based NorthStar Realty Finance Corp., after selling of the retail space and observatory in recent months, have tapped CBRE Inc. to market the 856,000-square-foot office space as well as the 733-space parking garage at the building.
