CHICAGO-North American Real Estate has picked up two retail buildings in southwest suburban Shorewood for $3.6 million. The Schaumburg-based company bought the buildings, which total 45,000 square feet, from Minneapolis-based Ryan Cos.
The retail properties are located in Shorewood Common, a Target-anchored shopping center at Route 59 and Vertin Boulevard. They are nearly 90% leased to tenants including HomeGoods storte.
