MINNEAPOLIS-Opus Development has obtained financing for Nicollet Residences, a 27-story apartment tower in downtown Minneapolis. Dave Menke of Opus Development refused to identify the origin of debt for the apartment project, which will comprise 250 apartment units, but he described the financier as a larger regional bank.

The total value of the apartment project was not disclosed, but sources approximated the costs at roughly $90 million. The tower will be completed in summer 2014. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
