RIO RANCHO, NM-Performance Construction Group has signed a lease renewal deal for an industrial space measuring more than 10,000 square feet at 700 Quantum Road. The Rio Rancho building is owned by a group of local investors.
PCG renewed its lease for three years at the Quantum Road building. The national contractor has over 50 offices in the US. Walt Arnold, a Sperry Van Ness principal, negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the landlord. For the full story, go to New Mexico Business Weekly .
