AUSTIN, TX-Arizona-based MC Companies has purchased Terracina, a 170-unit apartment complex at 8100 N. MoPac Expressway in North Austin, for an undisclosed amount. The investment advisory brokerage firm also owns Place at West Village, a 255-unit complex at 739 W. William Cannon Drive.
Austin-based Steelwood Persimmon LLC was the seller. The company bought the multifamily property out of foreclosure in 2008. Pat Jones from ARA's Austin office represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
