BRENTWOOD, TN-Nashville-based companies Evergreen Real Estate and Solomon Builders are teaming up to build a $40-million multifamily property in Brentwood. The 280-unit apartment complex will be built at 300 Seven Springs Way in Brentwood's Seven Springs community.
The apartment project will comprise a pair of four-story buildings and will include a business center, fitness area, pool and surface-level parking.
