ROCKLIN, CA-An investor has bought the Department of Motor Vehicles building in Rocklin. Jack Litke of Strong's Creek Plaza LLC purchased the 8,400-square-foot office building situated in Grove Street for $4.8 million.
Strong's Creek Plaza LLC was the seller. The building is 100% leased by the DMV and the lease term runs until 2023. It was constructed less than four years ago. Randy Getz from CBRE negotiated the deal on behalf of both parties. For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal .
