ALBUQUERQUE, NM-Beverly Hills, California-based Aragon Holdings has bought Broadstone Towne Center in Albuquerque from Alliance Residential LLC for an undisclosed price. The 240-unit Class A apartment complex, developed in 2009, is situated beside the Albuquerque International Sunport in the Duke City.
The deal marks the first purchase in New Mexico for Aragon and it is one of the largest apartment complex acquisitions in the Duke City this year. The multifamily property is 95% occupied. For the full story, go to New Mexico Business Weekly .
