COLLEGE STATION, TX-Austin-based Apartment Realty Advisors has brokered the sale of two student housing apartment properties in College Station. Horizon Realty Advisors of Seattle has acquired the 340-unit The Enclave and the 240-unit The Zone from unnamed sellers.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. The two student housing complexes were over 98% occupied at closing. Chris Bancroft, Chris Epp and Kelly Witherspoon from ARA represented the sellers in the deal. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
