SANTA FE, NM-Branch Design and Development is planning to start construction this week on San Isidro Apartments, a 176-unit apartment community in Santa Fe. It is the first large market-rate apartment complex in years in the City Different.
The apartment complex will come up in San Isidro Village. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development guaranteed a $16.7-million mortgage for the project and financing was provided by KeyBank Real Estate Capital.
