SEATTLE-Beverly Hills, California-based FSC Realty has picked up a mixed-use apartment complex in Lake City for $16.3 million. The company bought the Rekhi Building, an 84-unit property at the northeast corner of 125th Street and Lake City Way Northeast in Seattle, from Joginder S. Rekhi.
The property, developed in 2001 and 2005, comprises 14 retail and office units. The apartments are nearly 100% occupied, the retail is fully occupied and nearly half of the office space is leased. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
