SACRAMENTO-Jones Lang LaSalle has closed the sale of a former AAA maintenance property in south Sacramento. Copart Inc. bought the 30.5-acre property at 8687 Weyand Avenue for approximately $7.3 million.
The property includes a 99,000-square-foot facility. Mike Zimmerman from Jones Lang LaSalle's Sacramento office said that the insurance company vacated the Weyand Avenue property nearly six months ago. Zimmerman and Bill Niethammer from the firm's Sacramento office and Kevin Mechelke from the firm's Walnut Creek office were involved in the deal.
