CHICAGO-The Multi-Employer Property Trust has decided to put two office buildings in west suburban Addison up for sale. The real estate fund based in Washington has tapped Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. to market the two buildings totaling nearly 217,000 square feet at 2250 W. Pinehurst Blvd. and 2349 W. Lake St. in the Meadows Office Center.
MEPT is looking to get almost $20 million for the two-story buildings. Itasca-based Hamilton Partners Inc. developed the buildings in 2000 and 2002. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
