PHILADELPHIA-Metso Automation USA Inc. has signed a lease for 50,000 square feet of space at 2750 Morris Road in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. The 650,000-square-foot building, which sits on an 87-acre land beside Morris Road, earlier housed Visteon Corp.
BPG Properties Ltd. is the owner of the building. Metso, which is moving from 1180 Church Road in Lansdale, has reduced its space from 72,000 square feet to 50,000 square.
