FORT WORTH-A real estate investment group based in New York has acquired five town-home developments in Dallas-Fort Worth area. The developments, which total 940,000 square feet, comprise 900 town-home units.
The properties include Chisholm Trail Townhomes at 8900 La Palma Drive and Hunter Circle at 3236 Hunter Park Circle in Fort Worth; Heather Glen Townhomes at 2300 Ridge Run Road and Villas of Lime Tree at 2300 Citrus Lane in Arlington; and Bear Creek Villas at 500 E.
