DEL RIO, TX-The Paces Foundation, a non-profit housing development organization, has opened Las Brisas Manor, a new 48-unit senior housing community in Del Rio. The foundation obtained over $6.4 million in funding from different sources, including Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas and Community National Bank, to complete the development.
Las Brisas Manor, which comprises 15 one-bedroom and 33 two-bedroom units, is the first senor living facility to gain Green Built Texas standards and it contains Energy Star rated appliances. For the full story, go to San Antonio Business Journal .
