CHICAGO-The Consulate General of the Philippines in Chicago has signed a 12-year lease for approximately 7,500 square feet of office space at 122 S. Michigan Ave. The consulate currently occupies 5,700 square feet at 30 N. Michigan Ave. and it will move into the new location in November 1.

New York-based Aetna Realty is an investor in the joint venture that owns the South Michigan Avenue building. Patrick Brady of Chicago-based Steinco Inc. negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the consulate. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
