BALTIMORE-A 732-unit multifamily property in Harford County will be sold in a foreclosure auction. The Seasons at Bel Air Apartments at 955 Sablewood Road in Bel Air comprises 61 three-story apartment structures.
The apartment complex contains 228 one-bedroom and 504 two-bedroom apartments. It was developed during the 1970s. The State Department of Assessments and Taxation reported that the property is valued at $14.3 million. Alex Cooper Auctioneers Inc. will sell the complex in the foreclosure auction on September 11.
