ADDISON, TX-Guardian Texas Management LLC has acquired Westgrove Air Plaza in Addison out of foreclosure. The Dallas-based company bought the 79,481-square-foot property situated on Addison Airport-leased land from Regions Bank.
Westgrove Air Plaza contains 31,945 square feet of hangar space and 47,536 square feet of office space at 4570 Westgrove Road. The property, constructed in 1985, is 50% leased. Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services' Leigh Richter represented the seller and negotiated the deal directly with the buyer. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
