MIRAMAR, FL-AeroTurbine, an affiliate of International Lease Finance Corporation, is relocating from Miami to Miramar Centre Business Park in Miramar. The global aviation solutions provider will move into Miramar Centre building A, a 264,074-square-foot facility at 15701 S.W. 29th St.
AeroTurbine has leased the space from Developments International and will house its corporate headquarters there. Michael King, President and CEO of AeroTurbine, said that company will move into the new state-of-the-art facility in Miramar next year. Fort Lauderdale's CBRE represented AeroTurbine in the deal.
