BALTIMORE-A private investment firm based in San Francisco has paid $8 million for a warehouse facility in Fairfield. Bay Grove Capital LLC, under its affiliate Lineage C.C. Maryland R.E. LLC, purchased the warehouse and distribution facility formerly owned by Colton, California-based Castle & Cooke Cold Storage.
The Fairfield facility is one two distribution centers Bay Grove Capital recently bought in the Baltimore area. On July 11, Castle & Cooke Cold Storage was purchased by Lineage Logistics. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
