ORLANDO-Baltimore-based Continental Realty Corp. has bought Waterford Park, a 116,000-square-foot complex in Orlando's Waterford Lakes area for $13.25 million. The company paid $115 per square foot for the distressed complex that includes office, medical and retail space.

The two-story complex, earlier owned by a bank, was built in 2008. It is nearly 45% leased to tenants such as BB&T, Keller Williams Realty, Florida Radiology Imaging and Signature Title Co. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
