SAN DIEGO-Foster City-based Legacy Partners Commercial Inc. has acquired three life sciences buildings totaling 340,000 square feet in Torrey Pines for $51.25 million. The three LEED-certified laboratory and office buildings were sold by Pfizer Inc.
The buildings are located at 10628, 10614 and 10578 Science Center Drive in Torrey Ridge Science Center. The acquirement was a joint venture between a Chicago-based Walton Street Capital LLC affiliate and Legacy Partners. CBRE negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.
