NEW YORK CITY-Kids With Character has decided to extend its lease for one more year at the Childrenswear Building in Manhattan's garment district. The company has signed a lease renewal deal for 9,832 square feet of space at 34 W. 33rd St., a 212,000-square-foot building situated between Broadway and Fifth Avenue.
The firm will pay $39 per square foot as rent. David Levy from Adams & Co. negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both the tenant and Arcade Building Associates, the landlord. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
