GREENSBORO, NC-Lomax Properties has proposed a $20-million apartment project Greensboro. The developer originally planned to develop a $55-million, five-story building with 100 condominiums, but because of the poor economy, the development was indefinitely put on hold.

An affiliate of Lomax Properties is seeking zoning change for the 4-acre property at the corner of Northline Drive and Hobbs Road near the Shops at Friendly Center that will allow for a four-story building with 200 apartments. Lomax is expecting to start construction next year. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving The Greater Triad Area .
