NEW YORK CITY-Fresh & Co., which currently operates four outposts in Manhattan, is opening another location. The company recently leased 2,200 square feet at 425 Park Ave. South located at the edge of East 29th Street from 425 PAS Tower Corp. The deal includes a 1,400-square-foot basement and an 800-square-foot mezzanine floor.
