CHICAGO-GLL Real Estate Partners, the owner of the 517,000-square-foot office building at 444 N. Michigan Ave., is planning to spend over $13 million to renovate the property. The Munich, Germany-based firm acquired the 36-story office tower in 2006.
The renovation will include a new entrance, lobby remodelling and an improved elevator system. The company has signed up Chicago-based Telos Group LLC to take over leasing responsibilities at the tower from Cushman & Wakefield Inc. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
