CINCINNATI-Walnut Hills-based Model Group has bought 13 properties for its proposed affordable housing project in the West End. The $14-million Abigail Apartments project includes refurbishment of 71 units in 14 apartment buildings situated on Baymiller, Colerain, Freeman and other streets throughout Cincinnati's West End neighborhood.
