LONDON-Pure Student Living, a joint venture between Generation Estates and The Carlyle Group, has secured GBP 125 million in financing for three student housing projects. Barclays and Lloyds provided the financing for the three London-area developments.
Pure Student Living secured the financing for the GBP 37-million project at the Pure Hammersmith site, the Pure City project in Islington and the GBP 15-million Pure Bankside project in Southwark.
