NASHVILLE-DHG Nashville LLC has sold the Sheraton Nashville Downtown Hotel for $47.5 million. As reported by a news release, DHG Nashville sold the 472-room hotel, located at 623 Union St., to JRK Hotel Group, an affiliate of Los Angeles-based JRK Property Holdings.
The Sheraton Nashville Downtown Hotel was recently appraised at $37.5 million. The downtown Holiday Inn Express situated on Broadway is also owned by JRK Hotel Group. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
