
ALBANY-The ShopRite supermarket situated in Niskayuna, New York, has come under a new ownership. Two investors from Manhattan have purchased the property at 2333 Nott St. East from Albany-based Columbia Development Cos. for $11.8 million.
Columbia Development acquired the 55,000-square-foot building for $4.5 million in April 2011. One of the investors, Bob Von Ancken, said that ShopRite will continue to run its store under a 20-year lease.
