NASHVILLE-The Berkley Hills Apartments, a 251-unit multifamily community in Madison, has changed hands for $6.6 million. Wethersfield, Connecticut-based Berkley Hills Apartments LLC has paid $26,000 per unit for the apartment community located at 300 Berkley Drive.
Davidson County property records revealed that JPMCC 2005-CIBC13 Whispering Hills Drive LLC was the seller of Berkley Hills Apartments. The 17.6-acre property earlier sold in 2005 for $13.7 million. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
