
BUFFALO-The Buffalo Sabres have been chosen to develop a downtown parcel located near First Niagara Center. The proposal by the National Hockey League team and owner Terry Pegula was approved the city.
Pegula is planning to spend $123 million to develop a multi-use complex comprising a 200-room hotel and two hockey rings. The project will also include restaurant and retail components as well as underground parking for almost 1,000 vehicles. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
