CHICAGO-Hamilton Partners is purchasing the office campus of Kraft Foods Inc. in north suburban Morton Grove and Glenview with plans to redevelop the property. The Itasca-based developer has reached a contract to purchase the 57-acre property at Waukegan and Golf roads from Kraft Foods.
The two-building office campus contains approximately 500,000 square feet of space. The developer is focusing on redeveloping the property on Chicago's North Shore to include office and retail space. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
