DENVER-Institutional investors have bought three office properties in the southeast metro Denver area for $120 million. Cole Real Estate Investments purchased Waterview IV at 7958 S. Chester St. from Clarion Partners for $32.5 million.
In the second deal, KBS Realty Advisors bought the Peakview Tower at 6465 S. Greenwood Plaza Blvd. for $54 million from Crescent Real Estate Equities. In the third deal, Westfield Development Co. acquired Belleview Corporate Plaza I and II and a 6.4-acre land for $33.5 million from LBA Realty. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
