HOUSTON-Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC has bought The Place at Greenway and La Tour Fontaine apartment communities in Houston. The 219-unit Place at Greenway is situated between the West University Place and River Oaks neighborhoods and the 162-unit La Tour Fontaine is situated in the Galleria area.
