AUSTIN, TX-Nevins Adams Lewbel Schell has sold Deerfield Apartments in Austin's southwest submarket for an undisclosed price. The Class A multi-housing development, situated at 8700 Brodie Lane, was purchased by Falcon Southwest, an entrepreneurial real estate investment firm from Austin.
