NEW YORK CITY-A retail condominium located at 29-31 E. 22nd St. has changed hands for $3.65 million. The Pen and Brush, the nonprofit women's arts organization, purchased the condo from Keith Mervis. The organization is planning to use the condo for gallery space and offices.
The retail condo includes 3,400 square feet of space on the ground floor and 2,200 square feet of space on the lower level. The buyers were represented by Prudential Douglas Elliman and the seller was represented by Corcoran Group. For the full story, go to New York Post .
