PHILADELPHIA-A subsidiary of Zampell Cos. has purchased a 23,000-square-foot industrial facility at 125 Phyllis Drive in Bristol, Pennsylvania. The Zampell affiliate bought the building, which sits on a 1.49-acre land, from a limited liability corporation operating under the name JoeJD for $1.43 million.

The sale was arranged by Roddy Inc. Zampell, set up in 1966, is a family-owned business that focuses on engineering as well as constructing refractories, scaffolding and insulation. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
