BERLIN-Job Centre Berlin has inked a new lease for 10 years with Valad Europe for 133,472 square feet of office space at the Lowenkontor Building, a 269,097-square-foot building in Berlin Mitte. The company is planning to use the new location as its Berlin headquarters.
