BUFFALO-BryLin Hospitals Inc., a private psychiatric and substance abuse treatment provider, has sold a pair of buildings on Delaware Avenue to a local investment group in order to help finance restorations to the buildings. Psyrus I LLC bought the two buildings, located at 1263 Delaware Ave. and 1255 Delaware Ave., for $3 million.
BryLin houses its corporate headquarters at the 1255 Delaware Avenue building and uses the 1263 Delaware Avenue building as an acute care psychiatric hospital. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
