WICHITA, KS-Construction has started on a 208-unit apartment complex in northeast Wichita. Chisholm Lake Apartments is located on the east side of Oliver Avenue and west side of Chisholm Creek Park's North Lake. It will comprise 92 single-bedroom, 98 double-bedroom and 18 triple-bedroom units.
Great Plains Ventures, a partner in the project, owns the land. Other partners include Key Construction, J. Van Sickle & Co., InSite Group Inc. and Krehbiel Architecture. It will take nearly a year to complete the $20-million project. For the full story, go to Wichita Business Journal .
