MONROE, OH-The Dayton Daily News reported that a logistics park located in western Ohio has been sold at a sheriff's auction for $13.3 million. The newspaper reported that the Corridor 75 Premier Logistics Park, which has been in foreclosure process since 2011, comprises an undeveloped tract and a vacant structure on Gateway Boulevard in Monroe.
A Home Depot distribution center, included in the 430-acre site, was not part of the sheriff's sale. VH Monroe, the developer, defaulted on a $3.86-million loan in December 2010. For the full story, go to Columbus Business First .
