CHICAGO-Drexel Properties LLC has bought a 66-unit apartment portfolio in the Northwest Side area of Chicago from Greg Fizesan and his family. The Chicago-based company paid $4.1 million for three apartment buildings, 4539 W. Wellington Ave., 4709 W. Belmont Ave. and 4844 W. Henderson St.
