
WOODINVILLE, WA-Grosvenor Americas has paid slightly over $58.4 million for Waterford Place, an apartment community consisting of 360 units at 13305 N.E. 171st St. in Woodinville. Colorado-based Archstone was the seller of the 18-acre multifamily property.
The apartment complex was constructed in 1989. The new owner has plans to renovate the Waterford Place apartment interiors, clubhouse and landscaping.
